Kissing this character: LMFAO Likely to hyperventilate and flush so hard he might look like he's on fire but it's fine, just let me know in advance!
Flirting with this character: All okay. He'll obviously get embarrassed but try to look cool, mostly likely.

Abilities/Warnings: He hasn't regained his full speed yet, but it's still as fast as someone in the Olympics probably. Once he has his regain he'll be able to run up to speeds like 212kmph+ (I swear this is a sports manga)
